Living & Dining
The open-concept kitchen and living area flows naturally together, creating a warm space to cook, share meals, and gather. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with modern appliances and an espresso machine for your morning ritual. When it’s time to relax, choose your screen, a 65” Smart TV in the living room or a 50” in the bedroom, the former complemented by an entertainment system with in-ceiling speakers that fill the home with rich, effortless sound.

Your Outdoor Deck
Step outside to the backyard oasis. The deck is set up for true relaxation, with comfortable lounge seating, a gas and charcoal grill for al fresco meals, and a patio heater so you can enjoy the fresh air well into the cooler evenings.

The Little Extras
Private onsite parking for one vehicle is available via the rear alleyway entrance. Exterior security cameras are in place for your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Guest Access                                                         Guests can enter through either the front or rear entrance using a secure keypad. Your personalized access code will be provided the day before check-in.

A separate Scandinavian-inspired tiny home with its own private entrance is located at the rear of the property and is scheduled to be available to guests of the primary home from late Fall 2026.

For larger families or groups, the primary Historic home and tiny home may be booked together, for an added fee, increasing total accommodations to up to six guests. This optional arrangement provides additional sleeping space, a second full kitchen, and an extra bathroom, while allowing guests to enjoy added comfort, flexibility and privacy.
